Return Policy
Items purchased via the Bag & Baggage Online store (online store) can be returned to us within 30 days from the date of the order, for a full refund of the purchase. However the customer will be liable for postage.

The product being returned must be in its original condition and include all accessories and the original invoice.

Exchanges/refunds of items purchased on the online will not be available at our stores.

Faulty Items & Damaged Goods
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at info@bagnbaggage.com.au. We will endeavour our best to resolve the problem. However Bag & Baggage will not be liable for items that are faulty or damaged.

Warranty issues are solved by the manufacturer or distributor of the product. Bag & Baggage will not be liable for items that are faulty due to manufacturer’s fault or items that are not within its warranty period.
