What if I can’t find a product on your online store?
We may be able to order the product for you so please email us on info@bagnbaggage.com.au with the brand and code number and we will let you know whether we can order it in for you.

What happens if my bag is faulty?
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at info@bagnbaggage.com.au.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Items purchased via the Bag & Baggage Online store can be returned to us within 30 days from the date of the order for a full refund of the purchase. However the customer will be liable for postage.
The product being returned must be in its original condition and include all accessories and the original invoice.  
Exchanges/refunds of items purchased on the online will not be available at our stores.

How long is the warranty on my bag?
Every product on our website comes with a warranty. The warranty provided on each product is a manufacturer’s warranty and is provided by the manufacturer of the product. They range from a few months to lifetime warranties. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase on your receipt. If you have queries regarding warranties for specific products please email us on info@bagnbaggage.com.au

What does the warranty cover?
The manufacturer’s warranty only covers manufacturing defects or faults. They do not cover wear and tear or misuse by the customer or other person(s).

Do you accept International orders?
At this stage Bag & Baggage only delivers within Australia. We are endeavouring to deliver internationally in due course.

Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?
Yes, please read our privacy policy and disclosure statement.

How long does delivery take?
Items are dispatched during business hours Monday – Friday. In the case where an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted to decide whether to purchase another item, wait for the item to come into stock, or to receive a refund.

Please see the guide below for typical delivery times.

  • NSW – 3 to 5 business day
  • VIC – 4 to 6 business days
  • QLD – 4 to 6 business days
  • SA – 4 to 6 business days
  • TAS – 4 to 6 business days
  • WA – 4 to 6 business days
  • NT – 6+ business

There may be some delay for customers in country or regional areas.

Where an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund of payment.

Please note that Bag & Baggage will not be responsible if an incorrect delivery address has been supplied by the customer.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for all purchases (selected products do not apply).

Is there a minimum order amount?
No.

Are Bag & Baggage products genuine?
Yes all our products are genuine. We do not stock fake, used or second hand products.

What happens if the product I have ordered is out of stock or discontinued?
In the case that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund of payment.

What if I need my order urgently?
Contact us on info@bagnbaggage.com.au and we can arrange for express post or same day courier services to some areas.

Does somebody need to be at home to accept my order?
Yes. A signature will be required but if nobody is at home your order will be returned to the courier's depot to be redelivered at another time. You may wish to organise delivery to your work address if this is more convenient.
